A guild member will be considered for removal for consistently engaging in behavior that is contrary to the Guild Code of Conduct. Reasons for removal may
include:
1)Engaging in behavior that reflects negatively on the guild.
2)Putting party members or others in unnecessary danger.
3)Displaying poor grouping tactics.
4)Being greedy for items or experience at the expense of other members.
5)Engaging in disruptive behavior in public channels, raid channels, or guild channel.
6)Repeatedly showing a lack of respect for other guild members or officers.
7)Boxing another character during a raid when told not to do so by an officer.
Removing a member from the guild is not taken lightly. It is considered only after many incidents. The following procedure is followed:
1)Guild officers will discuss the issue, soliciting input from members if needed.
2)After one week, officers will vote. If 80% vote yes, the member and all alts will be deguilded.
If a member is caught doing something as serious as repeatedly training others or using Macroquest, the officers reserve the right to deguild them immediately, then review the actions.
